Many orange tulips were in full bloom in the sunshine. 

Simple composition emphasize the beauty of the flower.

Yellow tulips below bokeh of pink tulips. This color combinations recalls me sweet candies.

No color other than yellow in the picture. This composition makes the main subject, yellow tulip, more elegant, I think.

A very little red tulip blooming in solitude I placed her in peasceful color space.

Set the Sigma AF180mm F3.5EX Macro as low as possible, and got a fresh looking image of the tulip under the blue sky.

This flower was in bloom beautifully while others were almost withered. To emphasize the beauty of the flower, I made the foreground and background very simple.

These three photos were taken with ASTIA (not a new version ASTIA 100F), which has outstanding capability of reproducing highlight tone nobly. You may aware at a glance that these photos, pale and noble, can hardly come from Velvia or Provia. Dual exposure technique was used for the first and third photo to enhance ASTIA's characteristics.
