Winter Flowers & Scenery 2008
Eranthis, or "Setsubun-so" in Japanese
I visited 3 times in 2008 winter to Soryo-town in Shobara City located in the northern part of Hiroshima prefecture to take photos of Eranthis. Eranthis closes the flower and looks at the ground in the night, and will look up when the sun rises high and it's getting warm. I took photos from early in the morning till afternoon so that I could see various situations of flowers.

Yawata Highland in Winter
I visited Yawata Highland located in north-western part of Hiroshima prefecture on January 3, 2008. This area is famous for snowing since the altitude of the place is around 1000m, or the highest area of Hiroshima. I took many photos of snowy sceneries and 12 photos are exhibited here.
